Body polishing routine
Regularly polishing your body will help boost circulation, refine and soften the skin, increase energy levels and enhancing your sense of health and well-being.
Step 1. Skin Softener
Use the palms of your hands to apply the Skin Softener to the entire body. Then wet your body.
Step 2. Body Polisher
On a damp body, use the palms of your hands to lightly apply the Body Polisher. Start at the soles of your feet and work upwards. Rinse off and towel dry.
Step 3. Body Lotion
On dry skin, use the palms of your hands to apply the Skin Softener to the entire body until absorbed.
