Returns policy
Distance selling regulations allow for a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of goods. Customers may return specified goods without reason within this period for a refund. Goods returned must be unused, complete, in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning and insuring the goods will be borne by the customer. |
Warranties
In addition to any manufacturer warranties, all products, except consumables, are covered by our 12-month warranty. If you wish to return a faulty item you must first contact the company for prior authorisation.
Product misuse
Should any item malfunctions prove to be the result of abnormal use not intended for the purpose of the item or as a result of unskilled usage then the company retains the right of any costs arising from such investigations.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall the FHT be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Distance selling regulations
Our terms and conditions are provided for your information, in-line with legislation contained in Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use.
